Candidate Requirements
To ensure that all personnel agrees with our statement of faith, and most importantly, their Christian lifestyle agrees with what the Ministry believes and teaches, employment opportunities are available to members in good standing for at least one year.
Obtaining An Application
Applications are available in the church foyer areas before and after scheduled worship services. You may also obtain an application from the Church Office. The Church Office reception hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Completing Your Application
A Crenshaw Christian Center application must be completed and submitted for employment consideration. In completing your application, please note the following:
- Be certain your application is complete.
- Be certain your application is legible.
- Please submit one application per job opening.
Resumes
Many candidates choose to submit resumes as a supplement to the employment application.

Application Status
Upon receipt of the application, your background and experience will be reviewed with regard to the particular opportunity for which we are recruiting. If your application is selected for further consideration, a Human Resources Representative may contact you for testing and/or an interview.
We receive a large volume of responses regarding employment opportunities. Therefore, we are unable to provide you with applicant status information beyond the written acknowledgment letter you will receive shortly after the application is reviewed by our Representative.
Your application will remain in our active files for a period of six months. During this time, it may be reviewed as future openings develop.

Salaries are commensurate with education and experience. Please note that the salary is discussed during the interview process.
