Warfare TIp: Whenever I feel anxiety, panic and worry coming on, this scripture has been very helpful.
Php 4:6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. Php 4:7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Php 4:8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
Php 4:8 commands us to think on something that fits the description of ALL the adjectives listed there; of virtue, true, honest, pure, lovely, of good report, just, where there's praise.
That criteria is high. Not many things fit ALL the criteria. However there are some. In my meditation I found one that is highly effective and it hits right back. It's a double blow to Satan. Not only does it set our minds at ease and allow the peace of God to come to us, it also instills fear, panic and anxiety right back in Satan.
I think on this thing: Rev 20:10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.
Oh! I meditate on all of our brothers and sisters rejoicing and praising God and tears of joy and love for one another and the laughter and relief we feel watching our Lord throwing Satan into the lake of fire!
Remind Satan he has already lost. The Blood already beat him. Take the authority and quickly rebuke him, sending him back to hell. Posted by: David Fisher( Visit ) at 11/7/2009 1:46 AM
